Shipping and Local Pick Up
Shipping and Pick up policy
Due to Covid-19 delivery times are often delayed and can not be guaranteed. We are sorry for any delays and are doing our best to get everything shipped in a timely manner
- Small packages ship within 1-3 days after payment has been received for your order. Small packages ship using Canada Post and will be accompanied with a tracking number.
- Large items (furniture) ship by Armour Transport. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping costs prior to purchasing furniture. Armour Transport must be contacted on an individual basis for quotes. Each furniture quote is based on weight, crate dimensions, and destination.
If your shipment comes back to our studio for any reason, we can ship out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout or get in touch with us before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, we are not able to adjust shipments or delivery addresses.
For pick up in greater Saint John NB, select local pick-up instead of shipping at check-out. Orders can be picked up by appointment ONLY. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up. At this time, Andrea Butler Designs ships furniture within Canada only.Unfortunately our website is not currently set up to accept international orders. However, we are happy to ship any non-furniture item internationally! To place an order to ship outside of Canada, please email: email@example.com with your order items. We will invoice you with the items and shipping cost. Orders will ship after payment is received.
Missing/ damaged items
Andrea Butler Designs is not responsible for lost or damages to items. Please contact Canada Post, or Armour Transport directly for any issues regarding your shipment.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
